In the 2025 financial year, we consistently continued the further development of our HR work, which had been initiated the previous year, under the guiding principle ‘We for us’, and combined the successes already achieved in many areas of HR management with additional new structural and strategic measures. Building on the foundations for modern, networked working – particularly in the areas of e-learning and the intranet – the focus was on further professionalising and strategically aligning our HR work.
A key step was the outsourcing of payroll accounting to an external tax consultancy firm. This ensures that complex accounting and legal requirements are now professionally managed, liability and error risks are reduced, and uniform, reliable payroll processes are guaranteed. As a result, we have gained new capacity for value-adding, strategic tasks that benefit our employees.
Against the backdrop of the Kombiverkehr Group’s increasingly corporate-style structure, we are laying the foundations for a uniform approach to human resources management across the Group. This includes, amongst other things, the harmonisation of workforce planning, recruitment, and training and development, as well as the development of common HR policy guidelines to serve as a unifying framework for all companies in which Kombiverkehr KG holds a majority stake. The increased use of digital applications serves to further automate administrative routines, ensure uniform process standards and enhance information transparency across all locations. We have established structures and tools that enable efficient, networked and future-proof working practices throughout the Group.
